彭杰,华中农业大学动物营养与饲料科学专业博士。广东省驻镇帮镇扶村科技特派员、广东省教育厅功能饲料与动物免疫调控创新团队成员,主要从事生猪、肉鸽母子一体化营养研究工作,重点关注脂质和氨基酸的营养需要,胎儿宫内发育迟缓的分子机制,肠道微生物与免疫互作、肉质调控等几个方面,相关成果发表在《Mol Nutr Food Res》(TOP),《BBA-Mol Cell Biol L》(TOP),《Anim Nutr》(TOP),《Poul Sci》(TOP),《动物营养学报》等杂志上;参编“十三五”国家重点图书《母猪营养代谢与精准饲养》,主持国家、省市及横向项目8项,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文10余篇,申请发明专利6项,指导学生获得国家级大学生创新创业项目1项。
